Ensolum LLC’s Environmental Construction Services division was recently contacted by a client in need of a second opinion due to concerns about an existing SWPPP not meeting TCEQ criteria for compliance.
After extensive review of the existing SWPPP, the client’s concern was confirmed. The client accepted our offer to build a proper SWPPP and corresponding permit documentation, provide weekly SWPPP Inspections, and retrofit and replace existing BMPs on the job site to meet TCEQ requirements. Our team corresponded with the local MS4 to ensure that all prepared documentation met the local MS4 requirements.
