Project Characteristics:
Ensolum, LLC (Ensolum) industrial hygienists completed investigatory investigations within the mixed-use high-rise luxury Hotel/Condominium structure following eight (8) separate water release events. Ensolum’s industrial hygiene team moisture mapped the affected areas of the structure, prepared detailed remediation diagrams. completed hazardous materials surveys and supervised the restoration of the structure to pre-loss condition following each water release event. Two release events are currently ongoing.
