Beaux Jennings
Mr. Beaux Jennings is an Associate Principal with Ensolum and an experienced geoscientist with over 12 years of experience. He focuses on the investigation and remediation of oil and gas production and gathering line spills. His experience includes environmental site assessments, investigations, remediations, risk-based evaluations, and regulatory compliance services throughout New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Kansas. He has successfully coordinated with numerous regulatory entities and programs including: New Mexico Oil Conservation Division (NMOCD), the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED), the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ), the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC), the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE), the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ), the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC), the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Mr. Jennings has incorporated a wide array of remediation technologies. He has performed multiple High Vacuum Remediation (HVR) events utilizing Mobile Dual Phase Extraction (MDPE) and Soil Vapor Extraction (SVE) on various oil and gas sites. Beaux assignments include proposal preparation, project management, soil and groundwater sampling, aquifer characterization, report preparation and other duties as needed. His fieldwork includes participation in subsurface investigation, installation of permeable barrier walls and monitored natural attenuation in addition to soil borings, recovery wells and monitoring wells to evaluate the presence, source, magnitude and extent of petroleum hydrocarbon, chlorinated solvent or metals impact in surface and subsurface soils and groundwater at oil and gas, industrial, commercial, and agricultural facilities.
Mr. Jennings has attained site closure through a variety of state regulatory programs including the TCEQ Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP), the RRC Operator Cleanup Program (OCP), the OCC Guardian Guidance for the Cleanup of Complex Hydrocarbon Release Sites and the KDHE Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP).
Beaux has also performed NORM surveys, spill prevention, control, and counter measure plans, assessments and remediation, remediation system operation and maintenance, hazardous materials emergency response, hazardous waste disposal, project health and safety, and field sampling.
He currently manages staff in the Permian Basin, coordinating multiple teams to support client goals and environmental compliance.
